Recently, the Dongfang·Future Children's Park began to break ground. Located in Beilun District of Yongjiang Science and Technology Innovation Zone, the project spans over 74,000 square meters, bordered by Dukou Road to the east, Weisi Road (planned）to the west, existing farmland to the south, and Jijing Road to the north. It will be developed into a comprehensive parent-child shared space integrating natural ecology, social space, sports facilities, and children’s cultural exchange. The park will feature zones such as a low-energy activity area, high-energy sports area, leisure lawn, and eco-friendly parking area, and it is planned to be completed in July 2026.

The commencement of Dongfang·Future Children's Park exemplifies the infrastructure upgrades in Beilun District of Yongjiang Science and Technology Innovation Zone. Since the beginning of this year, the district has adhered to planning-oriented development, mapping out a unified spatial layout. Aligning with international standards, it has initiated benchmark projects like the internationalized block of the Headquarters Port and international hospitals. Concurrently, it focuses on the improvement of ecological quality and promotes the implementation and development of Xiaojiajiang Country Park. It is meticulously crafting a cityscape which is suitable for people living and working.

It is reported that the Dongfang·Future Children's Park project not only embodies Beilun’s original vision of creating a child-friendly urban area but also aligns with the goal of building a “Ideal City of Youth.” Upon its completion, the park will provide residents with new leisure and recreational options and foster vibrant fitness environments.
